Pets are welcome at Silverado.
Up to 2 pets per home, with no weight limit.
Fees: $250 refundable deposit and $325 non-refundable fee per pet, plus $30 monthly pet rent.
Restricted breeds: aggressive breeds are not allowed, including but not limited to Pit Bulls, German Shepherds, Akitas, Staffordshire Terriers, Chows, Alaskan Malamutes, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, wolf breeds and any mix of these breeds.
Small pets: hamsters, birds, reptiles and fish are welcome. Tanks and aquariums can be up to 100 gallons.
